It’s the battle of the Zoo’s – Taronga or Sydney? Taylor Swift seemed to have chosen a side when visiting Sydney this past week when she visited Sydney Zoo not once but TWICE. Once alone and once with boyfriend, Travis Kelce.
Taronga Zoo has spoken out for the first time following Swift’s Zoo choice saying:
“While we would have been thrilled to host Taylor Swift, we are appreciative that she took the opportunity during her time in Sydney to meet some of Australia’s iconic species,” read the statement.“Zoos play an important role in educating guests of all ages and backgrounds about wildlife and inspiring future generations to act for the wild.”
So, Taronga doesn’t seem so butt hurt after all. At the end of the day, it’s about the animals – right?
