Godfreys Is Shutting Down Forever

After 93 years, Godfreys are closing their doors.

The vacuum cleaner retailer has been shut down by administrators after not finding a buyer to save the struggling company.

This means all 141 stores across Australian and NZ will be closed, resulting in around 600 jobs lost.

Stores will begin to close from May 31, while franchisees have until March 31 to sell all remaining stock.
