Puppy lovers rejoice because very soon you’re going to be able to cuddle doggos until your hearts are completely content!

One of our all time favourite events is coming back to Sydney for a seventh year and it’s honestly the stuff of every dog lover’s dreams.

We’re of course talking about the Sydney Dog Lovers Show which comes to the Sydney Showgrounds each year around August, filled with every dog-oriented activity you can possibly think of.

Basically it’s a big celebration of man’s best friend and it’s all going down across two days from Saturday August 8 to Sunday August 9.

There will be an adoption zone set up so that attendees can give a new home to the furry creatures, a long jump and high jump competition for talented doggos and of course one of the most loved attractions each year, the puppy cuddle zone.

Known as the Pat-a-Pooch zone, this attraction allows people to pat, hold and cuddle a wide range of doggo breeds from puppies to adult dogs. So whether you’re obsessed with poodles or love a dachshund, there will be a dog for you to snuggle!

There’s plenty of more fun, dog-related activities going on across the weekend like a Perfect Match session that will tell you the ideal dog breed for you, information and training sessions and much more.

Tickets aren’t too pricey either coming in at just $27.50 and they’re on sale now!

You can get more details on the event and get your hands on tix here.
