You better watch out, you better not cry, you better not pout, I’m telling you why Santa Claus is comin’… to Sydney?
Yep, you heard that right! Ol’ Saint Nick is making his way down to Surry Hills (two minute walk from Central) to help kick off the festive season… with a few of his friends, of course!
With a little help from Jimmy Giggle, Justine Clarke, Ben & Holly’s Little Kingdom, SplashDance, The Listies and more, it’s time Sydney gets into the Christmas spirit! From playing giant Jenga with a few Christmas elves to enjoying some craft activities, there is something for kids of all ages.
Santa has also brought with him a few stockings jam-packed with goodies for all the good boys and girls! They’ll be available for only $5, with all proceeds going to the event’s charity partner, Variety – The Children’s Charity.
If you can’t make it to Surry Hills, Santa’s got you covered! He’ll also be heading down to Green Square to help transform Zetland into a wonderland of Christmas fun.
This special corner of Sydney will come alive with performances from Sam Moran, Sydney Philharmonia Choir, SplashDance, Ally Boom Boom & The Cool Bananas, DJ Peter Baecker, and the Glorious Sousaphonics.
Both events will end in a glittering fireworks display to mark the start of the holiday season, and to bid Santa farewell as he returns to the North Pole to make that very special list – which he’ll have to check twice to find out who’s naughty and nice. Rest assured, we think you’re on the nice list!
