Mums hardly have any time to exercise, we all know that much. However, for Rebecca Judd she says a 4-minute workout is what’s behind her crazy hot body – and of course, our ears pricked up.
4-minutes? Surely getting a body like THAT would have to take longer?
Well, according to an interview on The Grace Tales, Judd only gets time to do pilates once or twice a week, and slow jog maybe once a week. However, the real workout trick she has is something called a HIIT 4 Minute Tabata workout, which is done a spin bike and is basically intense interval training. It could be sets of sprint cycling for 20 seconds and then slowing down for 10 seconds, all to get the heart rate up! Tabata has been credited with burning serious amounts of fat!
