If you’re a fan of the hit U.S TV series ‘Suits’, you’ll know exactly who Meghan Markle is, for everyone else, she’s also Prince Harry’s *stunning* girlfriend.

So how does Meghan stay in incredible shape? We’ve delved into what she does to keep her amazingly healthy figure in check, and what you can do to achieve the same in 2017.

To keep her body toned she rows, does side planks with leg lifts, runs on an inclined treadmill and skips… check her out in action below:

She has also previously admitted that she goes for six-mile runs, that’s almost 10 kilometres!, and she also loves hot yoga and pilates.

As well as hitting the gym regularly, Markle also believes in a balanaced diet.

When it comes to ordering at a restaurant, a place where most people tend to indulge, she shared some of her tips to Chalkboard.com: “Take your time. Order your starters and have a glass of wine, and then see how hungry you are before you order your next course. It’s a great way to enjoy dining in general… pacing yourself and enjoying your food without rushing through it and you’ll inadvertently eat less.”


She also adds another great tip, “I would say one of the best tips would be to put your phone away. It’s healthy to be present. Everything can wait.”

And how does she get that energy boost when needed? She prefers a natural option with a green juice or kombucha, rather than a cup of coffee.

But most importantly, her one main tip for getting in shape in 2017 is to, “Surround yourself with people who live a healthy lifestyle… it rubs off.”
