A woman has been slammed online, and rightfully so to be honest, after she filmed herself starting what she called the ‘coronavirus challenge’.
The video, posted to TikTok by 22-year-old influencer from Miami, Ava Louise, shows the woman licking an airplane toilet seat.
In the short clip, the girl crouches down in front of the toilet seat before licking it and giving the camera a peace sign. The caption written on the video states “coronavirus challenge”.
The video originated on TikTok, where it’s believed to have already been deleted, but it has since been shared on Twitter saying, “Y’all participating in the new Corona Challenge? This is on a plane btw…”

The video has since been viewed thousands of times and has been heavily criticised by others online.
“Her parents must be so proud,” one person wrote.
“The THINGS people do for attention,” said another.
“Stupidity at it’s best,” someone claimed.
“This is SO messed up,” another added.
In our personal opinion, this is just not on. The coronavirus is a serious thing that’s impacting so many lives and it’s not okay to make light of such a devastating situation.
While the virus might not seem scary for some people, for those who are more at risk and are vulnerable, it’s a very dangerous world that we’re living in at the moment. And we should all be taking the necessary precautions in order to make sure these people are okay.
This comes as coronavirus cases across Australia alone have reached more than 360 while five people have died.
Worldwide the coronavirus pandemic has killed more than 6,500 worldwide out of more than 170,000 cases, with 2,952 confirmed cases and 60 deaths reported in the US so far.
