The Rook bar has been transformed into a Japanese inspired dining experience, filled with a simply spectral display of cherry blossoms!

Just imagine the Instagram pictures that you could be taking in this bright pink wonderland?!

After you’re finished getting the perfect shot you can enjoy a Japanese inspired feast of various dishes and cocktails, all while sitting underneath the canopy of flowers in the Japanese-style garden.

Some of the drool-worthy foods on offer include loaded gyoza, a soft shell crab burger and black sesame cheesecake! And the cocktails? We’ve got the Gorgeous Geisha, Hello Kitty and a Wasabi Pea Old Fashioned!

Along with the new menu comes two exclusive Japanese weekly specials!

Each Wednesday night from March through to May The Rook will be holding a Bottomless Dumplings and Jazz night for just $20pp! You’ll be able to feast out on dumplings until your heart is content while you enjoy a live jazz set!

Saturdays will see the rooftop bar play host to a Cherry Blossom Bottomless Brunch, which includes a five course Japanese-style sharing menu and two hours of bottomless rose! It’s available each Saturday from 12pm for just $49pp with delicious menu items like Karate Chicken Bites and Japanese Loaded Fries.
