Sydney might not have Lune Croissanterie (yet) but I reckon we hold our own in the croissant game.

I love going a bit off the grid with my croissants, from the cube croissants from Banksia Bakehouse to the crazy weekly croissant flavours from Textbook Patisserie, my eyes have no been set on Bask Blends Cafe & Store who are flogging Knefeh croissants!!

There are two speciality Knefeh croissants, the golden pastry filled with the iconic sweet cheese with one drizzled with warm nutella and filled with shredded filo pastry and soaked in sugar syrup.

Will it give me a heart attack? Yes undoubtedly.

Will I die happy? 100% yes.
