Recently everyone’s been freaking out over avocado chips, but there’s a new type of crispy treat that will blow your mind.
Halloumi chips are the new craze that will have you coming back for more. They’re crispy and cheesy and just the full package!
The chips are popping up at restaurants all over the country and you can even make your own.
All you need is 85g of plain flour, 1 tbsp of za-atar, 600ml of sunflower and 500g of halloumi. First slice the halloumi into chip size pieces and coat with flower and za-atar. Fry in sunflower oil and you’ve got homemade amazing chips. Yum!
