There truly is no better hangover cure than a big, juicy BURGER! And so what better way to spend your Saturday or Sunday recovery after a night out this weekend than at a full on burger festival!!
That’s right Sydney, Burgapalooza is headed our way this weekend for a two day only festival and prepare your body because you’re going to want to have a taste of all of the incredible burgers on offer!
There will be 10-event exclusive burgers on offer for you to try from some of your favourite burger joints including BL Burgers, Down N’Out, Mister Gee’s, Burger Head, Superior Burger, Ume Burger, Chef’s Kitchen and Hardstyle Kitchen!
But don’t worry, if you find yourself going too hard too fast, the festival’s presenting partner Menulog have announced the first-ever ‘Burger Coaching Unit’ or BCU where their ‘Burger Coaches’ will provide you with everything you need to eat as much as possible!
We’re talking things like half-time massages to digestion-aiding aerobics and stretch routines to help prepare your stomach for a day of cheat meals. They’ll also be handing out sweat bands and towels for those who get the binge-eating sweats.
And once you’ve eaten as many burgers as you can possibly handle, you can move on to the sweets with a first ever dessert partner revealed this year! Duo Duo ice-cream will be bringing the crowd-pleasers with their deep fried ice-cream and brownies and ice-cream.
It’s all going down at Prince Alfred Square Park, Church St, Parramatta on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd September. Lunch sessions take place from 2pm-4pm while dinner sessions are on at 5pm-9pm.
You can pre-book your tickets online here for $9.99 (plus booking fee), or purchase tickets on the door for just $15 bucks!
And just to get your mouths salivating, take a peruse at some of the insane burgers available in the menu below!
This is how we imagine we’ll be looking after this weekend, and TBH we’re totally okay with it.
