And the restaurant’s latest menu item is proof of this!

Teaming up with PR guru Roxy Jacenko, Chargrill Charlie’s have launched a new range of post-workout salads today in all of their Sydney based stores.

Off the back of Roxy’s hugely popular range of ‘Clean and Lean Salads’ added to the restaurants in 2018, Roxy has worked with Chargrill Charlie’s once again to create two salads bursting with flavour and nutritious ingredients to help you stick to your fitness goals.

The two post-workout salads have been named after some of Roxy’s most gruelling exercises and are both packed nutrient dense, tasty ingredients, making them filling enough to keep you going after a tough session at the gym.

Roxy’s post-workout salads include:

Oh-My Quad – Soba noodles, seasonal Chinese vegetables, shredded chicken breast and a homemade satay sauce. This salad is packed with flavour and added protein to fill you up and keep you energised post your workout!

Chef’s Avo-Cardio – Avocado, lettuce, sunflower seeds, tomato, mozzarella cheese, alfalfa sprouts and shredded chicken breast. This salad is a light chicken salad that is super healthy with tonnes of fresh, green ingredients – ideal after sweating it out.

The salads not only sound delicious but they’re super cheap as well, starting at just $7.90. They will be available from all Chargrill Charlie’s stores from TODAY until the end of March 2019.

If you’re constantly running out of time to prepare your own nutritious meals then this quick and easy take-away option is perfect for you! We’ll certainly be adding a stop at Chargrill Charlie’s to our gym routine.
