Cadbury and Deliveroo have teamed up to thank the tireless and hardworking staff on the COVID-19 frontline this Easter by delivering a quarter of a million easter eggs.

To provide a dose of joy to those working long hours under difficult conditions, the companies have been delivering over a quarter of a million mini Cadbury Easter eggs to doctors, nurses, patients and families alike during this difficult period.

The deliveries have been arranged with staff working in Sydney Local Health District in Sydney (home to RPA, Concord, Canterbury and Balmain Hospitals) and The Alfred in Melbourne. Staff in both cities are playing an important part in Australia’s battle against the virus and deserve a massive thank you.

“We know it is a really difficult time for everyone and would like to thank everyone who is staying home to help do their bit to stop the spread of COVID-19. We’re grateful to both Cadbury and Deliveroo for thinking of the staff working hard to care for our community and the patients in our care at this time,” said Dr Teresa Anderson, Chief Executive of Sydney Local Health District.

Thank you to all those working on the frontline. Your services are not going unnoticed!
