Pooches who help people with low vision or blindness across the country will take a video call this International Guide Dog Day.

Working Guide Dogs will get their paws on video conferencing on Wednesday at noon to celebrate the day, with a three-week-old Labrador called Zoom among the dogs to brighten the day for Australians working at home amid coronavirus.

“Who’s ready for tomorrow’s puppy meeting on Zoom?,” Guide Dogs Australia wrote on Instagram.

“We don’t normally share photos of our pups when they’re this young, so here’s a very special look at Zoom (the puppy) when he was just four days old.

“Zoom is now over three weeks old and you can meet him and his other furry friends in tomorrow’s Zoom meeting from 12-12pm EST.”

Dog lovers can keep up-to-date on the Guide Dogs Australia Facebook event. Make sure you tune in on the day using this Zoom link.

We’ll see you there tomorrow (Wednesday, 29th April) at 12pm AEST!
