Wow: This Girl Designed And Made her Own Prom Dress

Instead of buying a generic prom dress, this American high school student decided to create her own, influenced from her African heritage.

Kyemah McEntyre hired a local seamstress in New Jersey to bring her gown to life, and the results are beautiful.

She posted the stunning pics on her Instagram.

The 18-year-old hopes her amazing prom dress will help inspire people to “be willing to acknowledge other people from differences, beliefs, morals and values.”
