Instagram has made sharing and editing multiple photos even easier with its brand new app, Layout.
Though many users of the popular photo sharing app have been using third parties apps like Diptic and Picstitch to combine two or more images into one, there’ll be no need for that now.
There are multiple options within Layout for different, well, layouts you can use to make your photos into collages, as well as a fun photo booth option where you get snap happy and immediately see your results in any of the various designs.
There’s also a “Faces” option, which will easily pull up all the photos of people in your phone’s camera roll.
We can think of so many possibilities for collages to make with this app – snapshots from a great gig, weekends with your mates, a series of cat photos…
Better yet, it means that if you’ve got a lot of photos from a trip or weekend, you won’t have to flood your feed with individual pics.
Layout is not a feature of Instagram itself, but rather a standalone app.
It is currently only available for iOS users, but Instagram assures that an Android version is forthcoming.
