Every time we do it, we love it, but why is it that every time we crack our knuckles we’re met with warnings of arthritis and bone fractures.

However, we’ve got some research for you, becayse it has more to do with tendons, and an egg-like yolk between your joints when it comes to that ‘popping’ sound than it does with fractured bones.
