What happens when you work out every day for 90 days?
A group of friends decided to test it out by taking on the intense P90X workout challenge, in which you do 30 minutes of exercise a day for 90 days.
So what was the result?
Well, it differed for each of the people participating.
Three of the four put on weight, and only one of the four decreased their body fat.
Muscle mass increased for all but one of the participants.
