We really, truly never imagined a Malteser could be this filthy.
The chocolate company’s ads have always been a little tongue-in-cheek but their newest piece of cinematic brilliance is more… balls-in-hand, you could say?
Storme Toolis, an actor with cerebral palsy, is having a totally NSFW chat with her friends about her new boyfriend when she fills them in on a particularly “frisky” moment that went slightly awry.
“My hands may have been, uh, wandering slightly,” she reveals somewhat guiltily, “and then I start having a spasm.
“Which he misinterprets… [But] he wasn’t complaining!”
And that’s when the magic happens; you’ll never be able to open a packet of Maltesers in the same way again.
Then it LITERALLY finishes with a “that’s what he said!” joke.
The clip, which premiered in the UK after the Opening Ceremony of the Paralympic Games is utterly brilliant, not least because it features an actor with a disability being fantastically hilarious – and fantastically dirty.
According to SBS, Mars, the chocolate’s parent company, won a competition earlier this year and got a stack of money to produce a number of ads showing “the lighter side” of disability.
Too cheeky to wonder what they’d do with a Twix ad?
