Tracy Grimshaw is used to covering the big stories, but she’s not used to being in the headlines.

According to a report on The Daily Telegraph, Grimshaw was riding a horse on a property in Arcadia that is believed to belong to the television presenter when her horse was spooked and she was thrown from the house.

She was thrown from her horse after it was spooked by a lawnmower. It is believed she was unconscious for around 15 minutes after the accident.

It was reported that Grimshaw was wearing a helmet at the time and was swiftly transported by helicopter to Westmead Hospital in just seven minutes.

CareFlight’s specialist trauma doctor provided initial treatment to ensure she was in a stable condition.

A representative from Nine has spoken to News Local and said that Grimshaw is fine but still under observation. Cameron Williams will be sitting in for her on A Current Affair tonight.
