Well now Dr. Claudio Gil Araujo from Brazil has discovered an exercise that can determine how healthy you are and how many years you will live.
It is called the Sitting Rising Test, it’s a quick, at home way to test your longevity. It tests your strength, flexibility and balance all in the one go.
Basically it asks you to cross you legs, sit down and stand back up again without using your arms or any other form of support.
The test uses a scale of 1 to 10, where points are deducted when using help. If you score below a 3, you’re in very bad shape.
