The WWE superstar has shared his diet – the one that helps him maintain his ridiculously buff figure.

With seven meals on rotation, there’s options for every day of the week, packed with protein, vegetables and all the good stuff.

MEAL 1

  • 285g cod
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 cups oatmeal

MEAL 2

  • 225g cod
  • 340g sweet potato
  • 1 cup vegetables

MEAL 3

  • 225g chicken
  • 2 cups white rice
  • 1 cup vegetables

MEAL 4

  • 225g cod
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 cup vegetables
  • 1 tbsp fish oil

MEAL 5

  • 225g steak
  • 340g baked potato
  • Spinach salad

MEAL 6

  • 285g cod
  • 2 cups rice
  • Salad

MEAL 7

  • 30g casein protein
  • 10 egg-white omelette
  • 1 cup vegetables (onion, capsicum, mushroom)
  • 1 tbsp fish oil

The Rock does an hour of cardio in the morning, and then eats breakfast – then does another 90 minutes of exercise. He also takes supplements and drinks Gatorade.
