It seems that being happy has never been easier.
A new study published by the Journal of Positive Psychology has shown that participating in creative activities can lead to increased happiness.
The study found that engaging the right side of the brain which governs creativity, can be used as a tool for promoting well-being.
Researchers of the study also concluded that engaging in a creative pursuit can have a direct effect on overall happiness.
And it’s not that difficult to do. Engaging the right side of your brain could be something as simple as colouring in or keeping a journal of your thoughts.
