Leading concert venues in London have banned the use and carrying of “selfie sticks” due to the obstruction of view they can cause other customers and fears of injuring other gig-goers in a packed crowd, News.com.au reports.

Venues that have adopted the policy include Wembley Arena, the O2 Arena, and Brixton Academy, refusing entry to anyone carrying the device.

So, do you think these are legitimate concerns that Australian venues should address also, or are they being overly concerned about the use of selfie sticks?
