Scott, 32, was seen partying with the young woman all day and night on Wednesday in NYC, meanwhile Kourtney is at home looking after her and Scott’s three children: Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and nine-month-old Reign.
According to TMZ the couple emerged together at 6am on Thursday after staying up all night.
