Rebel Wilson has spent the past year on a health and wellness journey, and it heckin’ shows.
The Aussie actress shared an update this week, revealing she’s only three kilos off her goal.
“Happy Sunday everyone!” Wilson captioned an image of herself during a hike.
“Gearing up for a great week ahead x this week was super busy but I got up super early 3 times (6am) and went on a hike…even did a couple of 100m sprints to get the heart rate even higher (although my ‘sprint’ is probably someone else’s ‘slow jog’) but I felt proud of myself and now only 3kg’s away from my goal weight! Rebs x”
For those who don’t follow her on social media, Wilson has been slowly shedding the pounds, documenting her progress on Instagram.
While we don’t actually know exactly how much she’s lost, it’s roughly 20kgs.

For those who don’t know, the Bridesmaids star has slowly been shedding off the pounds this year, with experts estimating she’s lost at least 40 pounds since the summer. In the interim, Wilson has been celebrating her progress by posting photos of her new figure on social media.
Detailing her new fitness and health regime in a previous interview, Wilson revealed her hopes of reaching approximately 75kgs by the end of the year.
Her personal trainer also shared what Wilson’s typical workout routine looks like, which involves HITT exercises, mobility, weights, and resistance training — with just one day of rest.
