North West has a personal trainer.
The two-year-old tot is following in the footsteps of her parents Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West by abiding by a strict exercise schedule which her mother hopes will make her “perfect”.
A source said: “She wants her to be a perfect physical specimen, and she thinks it’s perfectly normal to want to get North in shape at such an early age.”
The trainer – who is one of the fitness gurus who Kim, 34, also works with – hasn’t been pushing the toddler too hard with her exercise regime though and the source insists the training includes “nothing strenuous”.
They told RadarOnline.com: “She has one of her guys work out with North at the end of her session, once or twice a week.
“They teach her fun stuff like stretches and other basic aerobics, nothing strenuous.”
Meanwhile, ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star Kim is reportedly “stressing out” with her own fitness levels as she has been piling on the pounds since falling pregnant with her second child.
A source previously said: “[She’s] stressing out about gaining the baby weight again.
“During her first pregnancy it was the hardest obstacle to lose the weight and this time she feels like her weight has changed for the worse.
“Her fear is that gaining the weight will make her hips look so big that even if she loses the weight they will still look bigger than before.”
