Australia might have met former OneD member Niall Horan many times before, but we’ll be saying ‘Nice To Meet Ya’ once again when the singer brings his critically acclaimed tour Down Under!

This morning Niall made the super exciting announcement that he’ll be bringing his ‘Nice To Meet Ya’ tour to Australia later this year!

The Aussie shows will kick off in Brisbane on September 30 before heading to Sydney on October 2 and wrapping up in Melbourne on October 3.

Speaking with Kyle and Jackie O this morning about the tour, Niall told us that he’s put a lot of effort into creating something really special and hopes it will be his best tour yet.

“I’ve been designing this set myself for ages, like the stage and the content,” Niall explained. “And I’m in rehearsals at the moment.”

“I played Qudos Bank Arena the last time but I only had one album at the time so it probably wasn’t the greatest show of all time,” he joked. “I’ve got two albums now, it’s going to be a much better show and I really want to put on a proper gig. My favourite place to be in the world is on stage so get me up there, guitar in hand and we will all have a great time in the Aussie spring.”

This tour will be the ‘Slow Hands’ singer’s second headline tour of Australia after he played his Flicker World Tour back in 2018.

On returning to Australia, Niall told us that this is one of his favourite places in the world.

“We’re going to have a great time, it’s going to be unbelievable,”  Niall told us. “You know I love Australia. Australia’s my favourite place in the world!”

Tickets for the ‘Nice To Meet Ya’ tour will go on sale to the public on Monday March 2 at 2pm, with a Telstra resale starting tomorrow (Wednesday 26 February) at 12pm!
