35-Year-Old Heather McManamy has metastatic breast cancer, a disease that means her options for treatment are to say the least, limited.

The thing that upsets her the most, is that she’ll more than likely miss out on seeing her 3-year-old daughter Brianna grow up.

For that reason, she’s written a pile of cards for her daughter to read on special milestones, like when she loses her first tooth, her graduation, wedding day – and the birth of her first child.

These are all special milestones in a person’s life, and milestones that Heather fears she will more than likely miss out on.

Though she hopes to deliver the cards to Brianna herself, two recent options she tried quickly stopped working, but she has hope that she can buy some time with a couple of remaining treatments.

“I don’t care what she does in her life,” she told ABC News. “I just want her to find her happiness. Life is short. If she’s true to herself, everything will be OK.”

If you’d like to support Heather, Brianna and Jeff, you can do so via their GoFundMe account. Your generosity is appreciated and will go towards medical bills, household expenses and eventual funeral costs.

So far, they’ve raised more than $28,000 in 10 months, and the family splurged on a trip to Disney with little Bri, and another trip to let her see the ocean for the first time.
