Well, she got back to her former self pretty quickly!

Michelle Bridges was never going to be someone to let a baby get in the way of her fitness regime.

And we think she now looks more ripped than ever!

It’s been nine months since she welcomed her son Axel into the world but the former Biggest Loser trainer has posted a new photo on Instagram that shows off her incredibly ripped and defined physique.

Bridges detailed her daily workout routine which consists of 7 km of running, 75 dumbbell lunges, 75 burpees and 10 minutes of active mobility!

In June, the star wrote an emotional Facebook post that said she ‘’doubt[ed] whether [sic] I can pull myself back’.


‘My training has been inconsistent. Period. And that’s ok. I’m here. I’m pushing. It might not be pretty, but that’s ok too!’ she wrote.

Well.. she is back in our eyes. Looking amazing!
