If you thought you were mad when Zac Efron didn’t sing in the High School Musical reunion, then just wait until you hear this because you’re likely going to have steam blowing out of your ears!
So first the good news – ONE DIRECTION IS REUNITING!
But the bad news? It looks like Zayn Malik won’t be part of it… Seriously Zayn what the heck?! SMH…
It’s like the biggest betrayal since Zayn left the band in the first place but anyway we will move on so that we can get on with the good stuff.
So Liam Payne confirmed that the reunion in going ahead to celebrate their 10-year reunion while speaking in an Instagram Live with Alesso, who he collaborated with on the song ‘Midnight’.
“We’ve been trying to arrange the first group facetime with the boys. You [Alesso] can come fill in for Zayn.” pic.twitter.com/lOd768XOZG

“I did speak to Niall [Horan] again on FaceTime today though and he was outside on his balcony sunbathing and whatever,” the 26-year-old said.
Just take a moment to wish you were a fly on the wall for that…
Liam continued saying that the group is looking to set up a group chat to talk about how the reunion will go ahead.
“He’s in London as well,” Liam continued. “Most of us are in London. We’vre been trying to arrange the first group FaceTime at the moment.”
But speaking about Zayn’s participation, Liam seemed to hint that he’s not keen as he told Alesso that he could “come and fill in for Zayn, join the band”.
As for other details about the reunion, Liam said that he couldn’t give away too much information because he actually got in trouble for saying too much during a recent interview.
“I can’t say too much… It was actually Louis [Tomlinson] who told me off for revealing a bit about our plans the other day. So, I had a group telling off on the group chat.”
Honestly though, Zayn or no Zayn, a One Direction reunion of any sort is certainly a dream come true! We can’t WAIT to find out more!
