Kerri-Anne Kennerley will be undergoing surgery, two weeks after breaking her collarbone and chipping her ankle in the stage musical ‘Pippin’ on December 30th.
The Daily Telegraph report that the 67-year-old will return to hospital today for the procedure.
The news comes after Kennerley reunited with her ‘Pippin’ cast mates.
“It was so nice to see my @pippinaustralia family. They have been so supportive and I miss performing with them and being apart of the show,” she wrote on Instagram.
“Thank you for everyone’s well wishes I am truly blessed to have the best fans and friends in the world.”
Last month, the ex-Studio 10 presenter was hospitalised after falling 4.5m from a trapeze during a performance of the musical. The incident marked the end of her ‘Pippin’ run at Sydney’s Lyric Theatre.
