Here’s a crazy fact for you: it’s been two and a half years since Josh Thomas’ show Please Like Me wrapped up.
But the wonderful man that he is has been working on another project behind the scenes and now, the trailer for his follow-up series Everything’s Gonna Be Okay is here.
And it looks lovely.
And sweet.
And just so beautiful!
Freeform, the Disney-owned cable network, has picked up the show, giving it a 10-episode run.
The show revolves around Nicholas, a “neurotic 25-year-old still living at home with his single dad and two teenage half-sisters, one of which has autism.”
When Nicholas’ father passes away, he steps in to raise his half-siblings.
Josh took to Twitter overnight to explain that they start production next week – so hopefully it’s not too far ‘til it hits our screens.
We start production next week and I was so busy looking at wallpaper swatches and choosing outfits and writing funny things for cute boys and girls to say I forgot to post our new trailer! https://t.co/cRxhLlVPE4
