Jennifer Aniston is in talks to star in Mean Moms, a new film that is being heralded as a spinoff to the 2004 cult classic Mean Girls.
Mean Moms will be based on an advice book by Rosalind Wiseman, who wrote the book Mean Girls was modelled after.
The plot follows a married mother of two who moves from small town America to the high class suburbs, and is faced with a whole new world of competitive parenting.
Aniston is, at this point, the hottest rumour for the cast, with no word on who else may be appearing.
The film will be written and directed by Sean Anders, who was behind Horrible Bosses 2, also starring Aniston.
Filming is set to begin in the American summer, with scriptwriters on board who’ve worked on projects including We’re The Millers and Hot Tub Time Machine.
