You may or may not know this, but Coca Cola is releasing it’s own line of milk.
The line is called Fairlife Milk and they have started advertising… But their ads have received mass backlash for being “sexist”.
The “high end” milk product, launching in the US this month, features ads with naked women dripping in milk – the images were taken by famous London photographer Jaroslav Wieczorkiewicz, and are based on his pre-existing series called “Milky Pin-Ups”, according to News.com.au.
The images recreate iconic vintage images by digitally dressing the women in milk.
Slogans including, “Drink what she’s wearing,” and “More good, looks good” and “Better milk looks good on you”.
One image has a model standing on a set of scales with a horrified expression.
The advertising has missed the mark with many consumers, who have taken to social media to express their dismay with the campaign.
