Pass me the Kale!
Queen Bey is asking her fans to go vegan for a chance to win concert tickets to her and/or her husband Jay-Z ‘s concerts for a LIFETIME! (per the contest’s small print: It’s really only for the next 30 years, but that’s basically a lifetime if you think about it.) That’s right, Beyoncé announced “The Greenprint Project Sweepstakes” on Wednesday (January 30), a contest that challenges fans to get with the plant-based lifestyle to better the environment.
“What is your Greenprint? Click the link in my bio for a chance to win tickets to any JAY and/or my shows for life. #greenprintproject,” Bey captioned an Instagram post, which suggested “plant-based for breakfast” or “meatless Mondays” as two possible ways to participate in the challenge to win two free tickets to every single Beyoncé and/or Jay-Z concert for three decades.
So, what does the contest actually require of its contestants? Well, you just have to make a commitment to better the planet, whether it be going completely vegan or just swapping out one of your meals for a meatless option. It’s all about making the commitment to eat less meat and dairy.
In Bey Hive fashion the reactions to Bey’s vegan contest were out of this world hilarious as fans took to Twitter to begrudgingly accept her challenge.

The contest is connected to Bey’s beloved 22 Days Nutrition company, which as fans know Bey has long been a fan of. The 37-year-old singer, a.k.a vegan queen, credited 22 Day for inspiring her to adopt a more plant-based lifestyle back in 2015. She even launched a 22 Day Nutrition meal delivery service with the company’s creator, Marco Borges, who’s also her trainer.
Both Bey and Jay recently gushed about veganism in Marco’s new vegan cookbook, which also happens to be named The Greenprint . “Having children has changed our lives more than anything else,” the couple wrote. “We used to think of health as a diet — some worked for us, some didn’t. Once we looked at health as the truth, instead of a diet, it became a mission for us to share that truth and lifestyle with as many people as possible.”
