Adele rarely posts pictures to social media and so when she suddenly popped up in our newsfeed last week, it didn’t take long for her to go absolutely viral.

Posting a picture celebrating her 32nd birthday, the Grammy Award winning singer showed off her incredible weight loss in a little black dress.

Fans were so darn impressed with Adele’s new look that she practically broke the internet. Her post has since received over 11 Million likes and more than 200,000 comments from fans and celebs alike.

And while all the comments are full of positivity and “you go girl!” type vibes, apparently Adele is actually feeling super self-conscious since posting the image.

A source told Heat Magazine that she’s actually found the attention quite embarrassing!

“Adele is finding the attention very embarrassing. She admits that although she may no look the best she ever has, she still gets incredibly self-conscious about her appearance,” the source claimed.

“She sometimes finds it hard to believe that she looks as good as people say she does. She says she’s shocked when she looks in the mirror, but she’s really enjoying buying so many new clothes.”

We say, embrace it girl! Nothing looks better on a woman than self-confidence and self-love and we think Adele and every other woman should be full of both no matter her size!

When Adele posted the candid snap last week, she thanked everyone for their birthday wishes while also taking moment to say thank you too all frontline workers fighting COVID-19 at the moment.

“Thank you for the birthday love. I hope you’re all staying safe and sane during this crazy time,” she wrote in the caption. “I’d like to thank all of our first responders and essential workers who are keeping us safe while risking their lives! You are truly our angels ♥️ 2020 okay bye thanks x.”

People from the likes of Chrissy Tiegen, Lil Nas X, Oprah Magazine, James Charles and Riccardo Tisci commented on the post to tell her how amazing she looked while also wishing her a happy birthday.
