If, like us, you’ve been feeling a little lost since Breaking Bad finished up, you’re probably going to get pretty excited about Aaron Paul’s latest revelation.
Paul, who played Jesse Pinkman in the award-winning series, hinted that he’s set to reprise his role in the show’s prequel, Better Call Saul.
“Maybe I already shot the… They just wrapped the last season,” Paul babbled when pressed by Ellen DeGeneres. “Yeah, I could be. Yeah, I would love to be on.”
It comes after Bryan Cranston, who played Pinkman’s meth-making mentor Walter White, told The Rich Eisen Show that he would love to make an appearance, too.
“I owe Vince Gilligan so much. He was my champion to get this role. I was the guy coming off Malcolm in the Middle,” Cranston enthused.
“If they were to call me and say, ‘We have this idea, we’d like…’, I would say, ‘Yes, you don’t have to finish the pitch. I’m there, what do you want me to do?’
“I’m a fan of the show and in order to direct, I need to know what no fan knows; and there’s a part of me that says that would kind of kill it for me as a fan to peek behind the curtain, so I don’t know if I am or not.”
Come on, powers that be. You’ve heard what you need to do.
Make the call.
