You may have seen the news over the weekend where two boys ran onto the field interrupting the AFL Grand Final.

The anonymous boys ended up being identified as notorious Youtube pranksters ‘Marty & Michael’ who boast almost a million subscribers on the platform.

The boys have uploaded a full video of behind-the-scenes and the actual prank onto their channel showing the planning that actually went into the stunt.

The video was uploaded 1 day ago and already has 175,000 views!

“It’s always been a childhood dream of mine to kick a goal at the AFL Grand Final, and Michael’s always dreamt of being arrested,” Marty says in the video.

The duo ‘designed’ the t-shirts they wore during the prank with their names on them as well as filming themselves ‘preparing’ and ‘training’ for the inevitable stunt.

It’s pretty funny in hindsight, especially watching them get tackled to the ground!

The video ends with them apologising… kind of?

“Sorry to anyone who got offended. We didn’t realise the ball was so close to us. We purposely went when the ball was down the other end, but it got up to us pretty quick, and at the end of the day, it’s the end of the day.”

The duo were walked out of the event by security!

Was it too much? Or was it all just good fun?
