Adele is rumoured to be taking a ten-year break from touring after her current world tour ends in November.
The singer wants to focus on bringing up her young son, Angelo instead of letting her career take up all her time.
A source told UK newspaper The Sun ‘’Angelo is the number one priority for Adele. He is the most important thing in her life.
She has brought him everywhere with her on tour but as he is starting school next year, he won’t be able to join her any more.
Adele doesn’t want to miss a moment of Angelo growing up and it’s an easy decision for her to give up touring for him.
Right now she is saying she won’t do another massive world tour like the current one for another 10 years.”
The singer is likely to move to the US, where she has just bought a $2.5 million home. The report also claims, however, that Adele might be open to a Las Vegas residency, which would allow to her commute between the two cities.
It has been successful for artists such as Elton John, Celine Dion and Rob Stewart who earn as much as $385,000 per show.
Adele earned $170 million after the release of her third album,25, and it is expected that she will earn a further $200 million from ticket sales from her global tour.
