Watch Out, Parramatta: Parliament Could Be Moving In

MORE calls today for PARLIAMENT to be moved to PARRAMATTA.

It comes as Western Sydney looks set to sour by 4 million by 2050, almost doubling it's population.

Christopher Brown, chairman of the Western Sydney Leadership Dialogue, believes if that's where the people are, that's where pollies should be.

“Politicians often talk about being the voice of the people, well, why not be based at the centre of where the majority of its constituents reside?” Mr Brown said.

The Western Sydney Leadership Dialogue is aiming for more people to spend time in the West, and have outlined a number of goals they have in mind - including a major university based in Blacktown, a new CBD in Campbelltown and transforming Penrith Lakes into a massive water park.

Only time will tell.
