Man Arrested After Disturbing Finds In Sydney Home
A Sydney man has been charged after police discovered stolen firearms and almost $200,000 worth of jewellery at a home in Bankstown.
Detectives executed a search warrant at his home last year and found more than $197,000 worth of jewellery, a loaded Beretta 9-millimetre pistol, an allegedly stolen firearm, ammunition and prohibited drugs.
After further inquiries were undertaken, a 19-year-old man was arrested outside a Bankstown property.
He was charged with possession of unauthorised firearms, ammunition, prohibited drugs and goods suspected of being stolen.
