The 24-year-old, police later identified as Evie Amati, strolled into the store at 2:19am, wielding an axe.
One customer, Sharon Hacker, 43, was paying for milk at the time.
Evie then disappears down the first aisle of the shop.
A second customer, Benjamin Rimmer, 32, stands in the line behind Sharon.
Evie reappears into the view of the camera at 2:20am holding the axe in both hands, and a knife is also seen protruding from her back pocket.
Evie and Benjamin casually chat for a few seconds, before Sharon begins to walk out of the store.
She then swings the axe down on Benjamin’s head. He collapses on the shop floor.
She then takes aim at Sharon, who also collapses. Evie then steps over her and walks out of the store.
Police and paramedics are called to the scene.
A bystander, Nathan Wood, says he chased the axe-wielding woman down the street, until she allegedly swung the axe at another person.
Police later find her lying in the front yard of a property down the road, with the axe nearby.
Sharon and Benjamin were both taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital to be treated for their injuries. Sharon was left with a skull fracture, while Benjamin was left with more serious head injuries.
“She just came with full force and swung and struck the man across the face,” Sharon told Network Ten.
“Then she turned immediately around to me and again, with both hands, came through and struck me with the axe in the back of the head.
“And then as I was falling forward, she came in again and came down and struck me again.
“His face was completely opened up and bleeding profusely,” she said. “I’m just very lucky that I have very thick dreadlocks.”
Evie was refused bail when she faced Parramatta Bail Court on Sunday over the axe attacks. She has been charged with intentionally causing grievous bodily harm.
