CHILLING Interview Reveals Details Of Stephanie Scott Murder
Vincent Stanford, 25-year-old killer googled ‘bride raped with wedding gown’ before murdering school teacher, Stephanie Scott who was due to be married 6 days later.
Stanford’s Supreme sentence hearing took place in Griffith on Tuesday morning, some 15 months after he pleaded guilty to raping and murdering Ms Scott on April 5, 2015. Stanford was a cleaner at a NSW school where Stephanie Scott worked as a teacher.

A video recording from his April 11 confession was played to the court. In the chilling recording, Stanford describes the murder of Ms Scott, saying he felt ‘emotionless’ towards her and ‘wanted to kill’ her. Stanford tells detectives that he only stopped his brutal attack on Ms Scott after ‘she stopped moving and breathing.’
More disturbing evidence was heard during court today, that Stanford had googled phrases such as, ‘bride rape’, ‘bride rape vid’ and ‘necro rape’ before the murder.
Stephanie and fiance Aaron
Stephanie Scott was due to marry high-school sweetheart, Aaron Leeson-Woolley 6 days after her young life was cut short. Ms Scott’s mother Merrilyn gave an extremely emotional victim impact statement, describing Stanford as, “too pathetic and inept to make a life of his own, he chose to take a life he had no right to.”

Stanford will be sentenced on Thursday and is facing a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.
Our thoughts are with the family and friends of Ms Scott, many of whom wore yellow to court today, the young teacher’s favourite colour.
