Some Guy Made A 'Wheelchair' For Sick Fish And We Can't Cope
Just stop what you’re doing and just look at this goldfish in a ‘wheelchair’ to help it swim.
While working at an aquarium, a bloke called Derek was approached by a customer whose pet fish had a bladder disorder, which meant the fish couldn’t hold itself upright.
So Derek did what absolutely anyone would do (right?), telling his friend “I made him a wheelchair and he loves it.”

“I got some airline tubing that people usually use in their tank and just placed it around the goldfish,” Derek told Buzzfeed.
“I added weights to the bottom of the ‘chair’ and something to keep him afloat on top (styrofoam), and slowly removed pieces until I achieved just the right buoyancy to make it easy for him to swim around without feeling like he’s dragging around a chair.”
“The bottom weight is almost equal to the pull on top so it works quite well for him!”
Word is the fish is “doing well” and it’s now us that can’t cope with the fullness of our hearts.
Here's how the fish gets 'suited up'...
