Sneaky Tactic Sells Houses For $500K MORE Than Market Value
'Group' house sales are pulling in HUGE results as neighbours are capitalising on demand from cashed up developers.
Last week, three neighbours at Campsie in Sydney's south west pocket close to 50 percent extra on their properties by selling them as a single land package.
The homes on Evaline Street sold under the hammer for $4.86 million, making each vendor about $1.6 million.
Sold alone, the homes would've been worth only $1.1 million each.
Nearby in Bexley North, two houses were sold together netting the vendors $280,000 more than they would likely have received in separate sales.
Liverpool's Dale Avenue also saw number 16 and 18 add around $200,000 to each property's market value.
Last year eight neighbours in Epping sold their homes in one line to a developer with links to China for about $30 million.
The residents received about $3.75 million each and the agent at the time say they would have sold for about $1.2 million individually.
