Guys Could Soon Cop A Hefty Fine For Masturbating

A politician in Texas has introduced an Act that would see anyone caught giving themselves a hand landed with a $130 fine.

Jessica Farrar's new bill, the "Men's Right To know Act", would penalise men who ejaculated outside a vagina or legit medical clinic for committing "an act against an unborn child".

The Act, which would also impose a 24-hour waiting period on any man seeking a vasectomy or looking for Viagra, is intended to highlight how unfairly women are treated when it comes to their reproductive health care.

The wording is eerily similar to various Acts legislating for abortion, too, as Farrar calls for "medically unnecessary" rectal exams before Viagra is prescribed.

"An attending physician must administer a medically unnecessary digital rectal exam and magnetic resonance imagining of the rectum before administering an elective vasectomy or colonoscopy procedure, or prescribing Viagra," the Bill reads.

If passed, Texas' new legislation will come into effect from September 1, 2017, so anyone thinking of travelling to the States after that should probably skip the self-service.
