The New Food You HAVE To Try At The Sydney Royal Easter Show

While the main premise behind the Sydney Royal Easter Show remains mostly the same each year - animals, rides, showbags and much more - we absolutely LOVE that each year we can expect new and inventive food items on the menu.

And this year seriously delivers with the outrageous snacks that are popping their Easter Show cherry.

The team at KIIS 1065 were lucky enough to get to taste test the latest creations and let us just tell you, you're going to be completely spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing what to eat on your day out at the show.

But to help you out in your choice a little bit, we've got all the deets on the food that you absolutely HAVE to try this year.

The Flurrito - A Fairy Floss Burrito

Why have normal fairy floss when you can have a fairy floss BURRITO! Created by the company Fluffy Crunch, this enticing dessert looks incredible and tastes even better. It's made with a strawberry fairy floss wrap, ice cream centre and topped with froot loops and rainbow sprinkles.

The Spaghetti Bun Burger

Feast your eyes on the Spaghetti Bun Burger. It's what the creators of the delicious snack call the perfect treat when you can't decide between your two favourites - spaghetti or a burger...Made with a crispy spaghetti bun, a juicy meatball centre, and Nonna's secret tomato sauce, this DELICIOUS treat can be found at Bianco Kitchen at the show.

Cheesecake On A Stick

Bianco Kitchen have also got you covered with a mouth-watering dessert. They've taken a new spin on the Cheesecake by hand dipping it in melted chocolate and serving it on a stick. Yep forget dagwood dogs or chip-on-a-stick...say hello to CHEESECAKE on a stick.

The Donut Pie

Last, but definitely not least, we have the Donut Pie by Petey Pie's Bakery. This snack puts a spin on two all-time show favourites - the humble aussie meat pie and donuts - by combining them into one INSANE treat. It looks like a donut, but it tastes like a pie.

I think it's safe to say you'll have to plan your day out so that you to all of the rides in the morning, because lets be real, with all of this on offer, you're likely to be eating A TON of food for the rest of the day!
