Centrelink Hire Thousands To Combat Long-Ass Wait Times
Anyone ever sat on the phone for a whole day trying to get through to centrelink for the person on the other end to not even know how to help you?

Good news for those on benefits though!
Human Services Minister Michael Keenan says the government has hired an additional 2,750 employees to 'improve customer service' and reduce Centrelink call waiting times.
