There's ONE Thing You Can Do To Be Better In Bed
For a lot of people, nothing ruins the mood quite like someone who leaves their socks on when things start kicking off in the bedroom.
It is, to put it bluntly, not hot.
Unfortunately scientists don't agree with common sense and the basic rules of foreplay, revealing that wearing socks to bed can actually make you a more accomplished lover.
Yes, that's right. The way to knock-your-socks-off sex is to put your socks back on.
Ready for the breakdown? Keeping your tootsies nice and warm causes your blood vessels to dilate, which sends a lovely, calming signal to your brain telling it that it's time to catch some Zs.
But that seems to have a knock-on effect for other ~signals~ to be sent; researchers at the University of Groningen found that 80 per cent of couples who got lucky while wearing socks reported orgasms, compared to only 50 per cent climaxing without socks.
The Metro has a pretty gross word of warning, though, reminding anyone who may be tempted to just never take their socks off that not giving your feet time to breathe can lead to a build-up of bacteria and an increase in fungal infections.
Which, as far as we're concerned, will guarantee you won't orgasm.
